Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange.
Fill out the form below and include it with your return package. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
Place the items in their original packaging with all accessories, tags, and documentation. Include the completed return form and your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Refund Timeline and Method
- Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement after processing
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for purchase
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Note: For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item as soon as we process your return. Standard shipping times apply.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all the children who use our products, certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Diapers & Wipes (opened packages for hygiene reasons)
- Hair & Skin Care products (opened containers)
- Health & Safety items that have been opened or used
- Nursing & Feeding accessories that have been removed from original packaging
- Personal care items where hygiene seals have been broken
These restrictions help us maintain the highest standards of product safety for all our little customers.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no additional cost to you.
